SFT-50-2 is usually referred to as semi steel 086.
Half steel cables are divided into two types from the insulation layer, extruded PTFE and wrapped PTFE.
Usually, we use basic PTFE, also known as economical PTFE.
The wrapped PTFE is mostly used for those with high requirements for phase stability and differential loss. For example, we test the interior of the instrument.
From the perspective of external conductors, it can be divided into two categories.
If its application is relatively dry, then we will anneal the outer conductor of the purple copper tube.
If its application is relatively humid, a layer of ternary alloy plating should be applied on the outside of the annealed copper tube.
The main purpose of the coating is to resist oxidation.
